Wellington Branch RSCM NZ is Centred in Wellington, This is NZ’s capital city (and third largest in the country). The Branch serves the lower third of NZ’s North Island and includes Nelson and Marlborough Provinces (particularly Nelson City and Blenheim respectively) which are in the top quarter of NZ’s South Island.
