Sir Sydney’s Sydney Inspiration

“Sydney inSpires”, the Winter Choir School in Sydney New South Wales, Australia, 6 to 14 July 2019, will be a fitting commemoration event of the now named world-wide Royal School of Church Music (RSCM), founded as the School of English Church Music (SECM) in 1927 by Sydney Holland (later Sir Sydney). It will be powered by the cream of world-renowned musicians, such as Dr Barry Rose, Dr John Rutter, and other illustrials described in the July issue of Newsclef. Participants from world centres, especially Australia and New Zealand will be supported by Ross Cobb (Australia RSCM National President and Chairman of NSW Branch), Philip Reichardt (NSW Secretary) and their indefatigable committee.
